What To Expect During Your Home Inspection
Shorelands wholeheartedly recommends that you participate in the inspection, it is a valuable learning experience and a great introduction to your new home. During this time, Jerry will give you preventive maintenance tips as well as sharing his expertise with repairs to make you more knowledgeable and confident about moving in and living in your new home.
A typical inspection will last 2-3 hours or more. A comprehensive easy to read narrative report will be sent to you by email within 24-48 hours after the inspection.
After the inspection, Free Lifetime Telephone Consultation will be provided for as long as you own your new home.
